From Agreement of Sale through settlement, the David Cutler Group conveyancing team is on hand to assist you with your title and settlement needs. The conveyancing department works in tandem with your Sales Coordinator to oversee the many details involved and is always happy to assist homeowners with any particular areas of concern. Our goal is a smooth settlement and satisfied homebuyers; we monitor each Agreement of Sale from its inception to ensure that end result.
Working behind the scenes, the settlement team handles a variety of duties including the distribution of the Agreement of Sale, scheduling appraisals, arranging pre-inspection & settlement times and coordinating the receipt of mortgage papers. Our settlement team has settled thousands of David Cutler Group homes and are experts at answering the many questions that arise during the sale process.
